 Super Metroid
by
One of my all-time favorite games is Metroid for the original Nintendo (NES) and I had never played its sequel, Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo. Ever since I got a Super Nintendo emulator for the Xbox I've been playing through Super Metroid slowly but surely.

Well, Karen is very nice to me and lets me play Xbox while she's cutting my hair which makes the haircut go much more quickly. During my recent haircut, I finished off the game! It's very fun, but I thought that although it was longer, it was easier than the original. The power-ups are many and very potent, which makes handling the bad boys of planet Zebes easier. It's a shame that they don't make many games that are this fun anymore. I guess now I'll have to buy a Game Cube so I can do the new Metroid Prime, right?
